hi mam.. I'm in 7th month.. my bmi is 30 from. the beginning of my pregnancy.. and I m scared about my weight ll cause problem during delivery.. my baby head is down.. placenta anterior high.. I'm scared about about my deliver and possibilities of normal delivery and delivery pain.. plz tell me what to do
