hi mam... I m breastfeeding mother of 7 month old baby.... from this month I m feeling lots of backpain and weakness... I feel tired from doing small work... I don't know y this is happening with me... I had normal delivery... pls suggest me something... is breastfeeding make mom weak?

you can take mother horlicks or mama protinex or pro pl
start with some exercises or yoga
