hi mam I'm breastfeeding mother I have 70days baby from few days when every I pass the gas it's smelling badly nd I'm felling embrace of my self can you please suggest me any remedy

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if you are facing constipation issues smelly farts are there so you need to keep yourself hydrated and take more fibres in the diet take one teaspoon isabgol husk and one teaspoon of Haritaki Churna which are Ayurvedic medications before bed time at night to prevent this
