hi mam , i just want to ask about my son 3months old he having like water filled pimple or blister i didn't know ...wat i should do

This is a very common problem with kids it’s a lie down on it on only but still just to be on the safer side you can ask your doctor they can help you with anything that you need to apply on that these things are called water warts but they mostly settle down on their own only
