Hi Mam, I have been diagnosed type 2 diabities and now I have conceive is there any chances that if women is diabitic and pregnant then baby will have some issues in his her development of body parts. is delivery risky for diabitic patients

A. Hello dear Yes there is increased propensity for the baby to have anamolies when the mother is diabetic and it is ideal that you consult your gynecologist for further management

A. No it is not necessary there is no compulsion to this thing a lot of women were diabetic have normal and healthy delivery in pregnancy and their kids are not affected with it so it is just something which you cannot be sure of but in most of the cases this does not happenWrite Your Answer Here
