Q.
Hi Mam, I had a preterm delivery at 29 weeks 6 days to boy baby. He is currently 32 weeks 4 days old. He is under HFNC for breathing support and weighs 1.5kg gaining weight daily basis. He randomly shows oxygen desaturation and HR above 180 sometimes. When can we bring him home and when does he come off HFNC and show normal HR? please guide me.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Madam these things cannot be given charity on you have to follow what your doctor advised because only your Doctor Who monitoring your child as of now can only give you a clarity on that so please get in touch with your doctor with whatever doubts you have
