hi mam i had a csec delivery on jan 20 2021 but whenever I touch my lower abdomen and press it gives me a pain little bit is it normal?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. wer see it takes time ok. it may take a few months to get healed up. ok. so better to tsje rest n avoid exertion ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
