Hi Mam, I am having 2 months old boy baby.Iam getting frequent clogged milk duct problem in one side of my breast.Can you please help me.

Saloni ChawlaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. do hot pack therapy on it n if still doesnt work, see ur gynae. this could even be happening because baby might not be able latch properly

Blessy JoyalMom of a 2 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. either have a warm shower, warm packs, a heating pad or soaking the breast in a bowl of warm water. While the breast is warm, massage gently and deeply from behind the blockage toward the nipple. Keep in mind the duct may not run in a straight line toward the nipple. Also wear loose fitting clothes.
