hi mam,I am 7 months pregnant now and in yesterday's scan I was told that placenta is in down position and I was told after growth scan we can do anything.is this problem or what precautions has to be taken??

A. If you have a Low lying placenta , try not to exert yourself. No heavy weight lifting no unnecessary, bending or anything that will cause exertion. It is advisable to avoid intercourse Also
