hi mam I am 7 months of pregnancy...i take vegetables fruits and nuts daily ..but now my hb level is 7....what can I do?I take iron supplement also

A. hi parenr take vitamin c tab twice a day take more seasonal frits take sunbathing daily with heas and ears covered in the morning take supplements as suggested by your doc use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
