Hi mam, Am a mother of 22 days old girl baby. This is my 2nd baby. I could see my breast milk is not sufficient for my little one and am feeding formula milk twice or thrice a day. Am taking all home foods for milk production also capsules for milk production. Please suggest how to increase breastmilk.
