Q.
Hi madam my name is Deepika my son 1 year 8 months old he doesn't eat food always he refuses food. when he not anything then eating banana, always he refuses rice forcely I feed he eat 2 3 bites only his weight is 9.5 kg from 10 old he weight is same. how can feed him, and how can increases his weight please suggest me. I'm always stressed for why he not eating anything pls help me.

well, your child weighs enough.
so please don't take stress for this.
just keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
please stop force feeding.
make food presentation attractive
for example
offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food .
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
