hi maam I missed my period this month 4 days late but today morning I have to take rapid test results come negative so what to do ma'am my cycle is 28 days lenth

Author of questionMom of a 7 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. maam iam using a self family planning method that is calendar method and pulling out method last 6 months around and this month's missed my period so my cycle is 28 days cycle and this month missed my period 4 days late and I test a urine test early morning result is negative so am very worried about this plz suggest me what can I do. I have a 2.5 year baby know I don't want 2nd baby soon. so how can I get my period ma'am plz help me.
