How many days after a missed period to take pregnancy test to get accurate results ?? already have taken pregnancy test 5th day after a missed period but it was negative.. do I need to make one more test attempt if so after how many days of missed period??

A. do serum beta hcg. that's all we can do about it. you can also try alternative medicine but see a professional only who is trained to do so and can guide you in right direction. there are lot of misleading practices too you should protect yourself from those always.
