A. Hai good morning !! If your periods are about too then breast tenderness happens in few ladies (pre menustration symptoms). But discharge from nipples suddently other than lactation period might be due to harmonal imbalance (Prolactin harmone). Check with your Gynaecologist ,dont delay... Do hot pack to relieve from breast tightness,nipple tenderness..
