Q.
hi.. l am post delivery 30 days now.. I had my second baby via c-section. I am having lower back pain when I get up from bed. I can only get up with some support. should I be concerned.since I had my first baby through normal delivery I have no idea about c-section recovery.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. It is likely due to hormonal changes on the joints. You can use a back support belt and also pillows while sleeping and sitting and don’t sit and breastfeed without any back support
