Q.

hi it's been 6months i delivered can I start excercise....and am feeling too tired after small work also

A. for me it is was normal vaccum delivery but I had severe back pain first 3months now also can't sit for long i checked with blood tests hb level is normal

A. yes u should start light exercise in initial face ...after that u should start heavy exercises

A. If you had a normal delivery then you can go for a workout but if you’re feeling too much of weakness that’s probably due to improper rest and also deficiency in the body so it would be good that you check with your doctor with your gynaecologist once

A. definitely u must start exercising.check your hb levels .start simple exercises then increase progressively
