Hi, it is normal delivery and 25days completed. my suture stitches have dissolved a week after the delivery. but the skin didn't closed yet and it is painful. it is mediolateral episiotomy. i can see the reddish muscles inside the cut.. is it eal and close itself over time or should I get restitches again..

A. yes it heals. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
