Q.

Hi Is it really mandatory to take calcium and iron tablets after delivery? I actually took those tablets for 3 months after delivery now my baby is 7 months old and I am feeling ok without tablets I am having natural diet to fulfill all vitamins and minerals ?

A. Totally fine because a lot of doctors say that for initial six months one should take calcium multivitamin and Iron but after three months you feel that you are meeting of the deficiencies with the food that you’re eating then that’s very good at least you’re having natural stuff so there’s no problem with that
