Hi, is it normal for my baby’s legs and arms to be dark compared to his face and have these white dotted patters ?

A. It’s basically associated with some kind of a rash on the body which is white is looking like this if you want currently you can apply calamine lotion on the skin hopefully it will get better and if it does not then you please take an assessment with your doctor
