gargiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi, my daughter had paratha for a year... n she is completely healthy... just mix some boiled vegetables, dal, potato to make it more healthy... nothing to worry... u can try dosa, besan chilla, uttapam, idli too my daughter use to love dosa, idli at that age
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. As kids grow, they have a sense of independence and they have their own likes and dislikes. There is no harm in eating chapattis but please offer all kinds of home cooked meals to make sure that she gets all the essential nutrients for her proper growth and development. Give her all seasonal fruits and vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables. Give her curd rice or rice with dal or rice with sambar; give her rice porridge or ragi porridge or dalia Upma or sooji upma or colourful paranthas with mashed vegetables inside them, give her spinach and paneer.
