hi im mother of 7 month old .....i gt periods aftr 4 mnths of delivery as i was breastfeeding 2 mnths i gt regular period agn tizz mnth i dnt get its delayed fr 5 days.....cn anyone plzz tl me is it normal does period bcme irregular while breastfeeding

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
