Q.

Hi.. im mother of 1 and half year old bby boy.. Still breast feeding.. can you suggest a good kerala food diet for me, for weight loss.. is there any yoga or kind of exercises that i can do?

A. hi mam, you should take food items those are low in fat and starch and high in fibers . so prefer food items which contains green leafy vegetables or fruits more. you can take sprouts ,Ragi , etc for this. you can start to do exercises or yoga like pilates, gentle jogging , Suryanamashkar , pranayam etc
