Hi I am from kerala. .I have a toddler and a 2 month old baby. I want to reduce my body weight. can you suggest a diet plan for me?

A. Hi,Post pregnancy weight can only be reduced through exercises and healthy diet. Start exercising after consulting with your gynecologist. Intially start with simple exercises like yoga, jogging and then move to heavy one. Avoid fried, sugar and outside food completely. Have patience, weight loss takes time.
