hi im a mom of 1 year 8months old baby boy... my kid wont have food only... he always keep asking for my milk as im still feeding him... i dont no how to make him leave my milk and how to make him eat solids!! please help πππ

Hi mom Limit milk to 500 ml aday Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give adequate water Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Burp well after every feeding
