hi if the front teeth have a cavity will it spread into the roots as well. If yes, then how can we secure the new teeth . I am also attaching an image

A. Regular brushing and maintaining oral hygiene will help further you should consult your doctor your dentist would be able to give you a clarity and understanding about how do you need to protect it for that and then you can proceed with what they suggest
