Hi, iam swapna mother of 1 year baby girl iam giving brest fedding to my baby when iam giving fedding from that day my face colour is changing very black and in upper lip more hair Is growing what is the problem what is the remedies can any one suggest please.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It can be due to hormonal changes so you have to consult your doctor once about it and I recommend you to drink plenty of water and eat Vitamins C rich fruits abd vegetables eat fibrous foods and protein rich diet more and cut carbohydrates
