hi, iam mother of 4 year 4 month old I want to ask whether ashwagandha is safe for my child or no

A. It is safe to be given see anything that you give to the child in moderation and only after having proper knowledge about it as to what purpose it is given what is the amount that you are giving for how many days can it be given then it is not a problem so have proper knowledge before you give it to the child
