Q.

Hi iam mom of 4 years old boy ,my weight is 55 and height is 5.2 ,day by day my tummy was increasing iam doing walking weekly 5 days 30 mins,I don't understand what to do pls suggest

A. please continue to exercise Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
