hi .iam indu.aftet 2 deliveries my weight us 80kgs.recently I got knee pain. how can I decrease my weight nd suggest me which type of food shall i take

A. Hello mom that knee pain is the effect of the weight gain , so you have to make a exercise routine and do for at least 30 to 45 mins daily , be it brisk walking or yoga or some workouts . Diet for now avoid sugary , processed and refined foods and heavy meals in late evenings
