Hi i was 7.4 week pregnant while ultrasound did not detected babies heartbeat. The ultrasound technician said baby is 6.4 week as per the size of the baby. So he said the baby does not have cardiac activity. My gynaecologist have suggested another sonography after 10 days to check the heartbeat. I am little concern. Is this normal ? Please help me to understand.
