hi ..i want to ask that my 8th month is running..and..i am scared about delivery

It must be a first delivery a lot of women are very scared to deliver but actually it’s a better process to go for a normal delivery it’s initially painful but the pain are sometimes very high that you don’t realise anything just have to trust yourself that’s about it do meditation prepare yourself mentally and things will work out everybody can do it you just need to have faith in yourself
