Hi. I read an article related to shatavari by Dr.aarti in first cry. I'm a mom of 7 month old baby.can I have shatavari powder and how to buy the same.what we should mention in medical shops.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it helps to increase breast milk in lactating mother. preffer Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules1, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with milk.
