Hi i observe some rashes that look like transparent water bubbles on my 3yr old daughter's palms and feet. pls check the attachments and suggest medicine or remedies . she's having an itching sensation and is scratching a lot.

A. it seems like fungal infection. keep good hygien, apply candid cream couple of times a day until it get heal complety. if no improvement do consult your doctor.
