hi, i m suffering from cold and runny nose. please suggest some measures such that it doesn’t spread to my baby.

A. Hai good morning !! Use mask and always sanitize or wash hands before touching baby ,while feeding so that you can avoid spreading cold. For yourself have more water for hydration as you are breast feeding do steaming for fast recovery and relief from runny nose.
