Hi I’m on my regular periods but I had my periods on 1st of march but this month I still don get my periods and when I just too a pregnancy test yesterday at home it showed my negative may I know the reason or should I wait

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. the periods may get delayed due to hormonal changes or stress so you can wait for one week more for your periods to come to maintain regular periods you should always have regular daily walking and meditation as possible
