with growing age it regresses and goes inside
it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non complicated.
meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required

The Picture that you are talking about is not visible to me so I can only tell you if there is swelling on it is out then it could be due to some issue in that area most common issues associated with that areas umbilical hernia so it’s better that you get it checked for sure
