hi I'm mizan's mom....mere son ko fever m fit aayi. thi only for 2 min....so fever bohut high ho gya tha that is reason....fever m fit kyu aati h ye common hai ya mujhe kuch treatment karana hoga iske liye plz suggest me I'm worried that& emergency m konsa spray use krna chaiye fit jb aati to child ko...he is 2 yes only....plz suggest me
