Q.

Hi .. I'm in 28 weeks of pregnancy period. In my growth scan the presentation represent cepalic and the placenta mentioned as anterior and the lower margin of placenta scene 4cm from the closed internal os. what does it means . I'm I having a chance of normal delivery .

A. When they do the ultrasound scan they will check how far the Placenta is away from the cervical opening. If it is less than 2.5 cm then it is a high risk factor and as you have 4 cm you need not worryWrite Your Answer Here
