Q.

Hi, I'm breastfeeding mother of 3 month old baby, use have force milk secretion in left side breast but now for 2 days feels no enough milk production looks sagging..... so please tell me how increase milk and breastfeeding?

A. Hello good morning !! Give feed frequently from both sides,the more baby the more milk produces. Include milk and diary products,rusk, roasted bread, papaya,chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema. Garlic milk - Boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 15 minutes strain milk add sugar , having this every alternate day will increase milk supply.
