Q.

hi, I'm a second time mom of 30 days old. I feel a sudden decrease in my breast supply. my breasts are not engorging, always seems to be loose. my baby is also crying a lot while feeding during night time. please suggest me some supplements and how to increase my supply

A. hello try to take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and Fenugreek which can help increase the milk secretion and if bm os not sufficient give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
