Hi, I'm a mother of twins. their 5th month is running. I want 2knw from when we can give them water. Nd also want 2 knw about solid food.

A. you can start giving water n solids to ur twins after 6 month of completion.. till then feed th breast milk or formula milk exclusively. all the best.
