Q.

Hi I'm a mother of 2 year old girl. lately I noticed a silver hair on her head. I'm worried. is there a way to reverse the hair to black? or will it spread? what foods should be given to stop this problem? pls answer.

A. Hi mom One grey hair is normal.. If it spreads or increase in number then this is due to nutrient deficiency in baby... For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe supplements after the proper evaluation of the baby
