hi i'm a mom of 1 and half year baby girl i just want to know as how can i increase my supply well i breastfeed her and gave her formula as well i.e just twice a day

A. hi parent leptadene tablets are ayurvedic one tablet twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily
