Hi I m a breast feeding mother of 3 months old baby. I have lots of grey hair ., can I colour my hair? please suggest.

have fresh fruits , green veggies, and home made food with high protein diet.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keep provides moisture and nourishment to hair

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi you can absolutely colour your hair. Try amonia free colour, it is less hairmful for hair and less hairfall is caused. Also regularly oilyour hair to provide sufficient nourishment
