hi.. I'm 6th month pregnant... my hb level is low... so wt to eat for this...

A. hello dear good afternoon consume more of dals and legumes bhuna-tohna nuts and dried fruits green leafy vegetables and along with this you have to take the lemon in your food all the citric acid fruits like oranges sweet lime guava should be increased that will help in the absorption of the iron
