hi I'm 27 weeks pregnant and if im sitting or standing its causing pain in my ribs can i do for this

A. avoid ling standing. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
