lower abdominal pain , while sitting for long. I'm 27 weeks pregnant. please advice.

A. its natural . you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
