hi I'm 15th week pregnant 2nd time from 2 days onwards I didn't get motion what to do please let me know TIA

A. Hai good evening !! Constipation in first trimester is common in few ladies. Have Fibre foods, fluids and water.. Pear, grapes, strawberry, orange, guava, banana, cucumber, tomato, bottle gourd, ragi, Jowar,curd are rich in fibre.. soak Dry dates or dry figs 2-3 overnight in 150ml Water and have early morning with empty stomach this will improve bowel movement and avoid Constipation..
