hi I joined my office back after maternity leaves and when baby was 7month old now he completed his 9th month and now i found he don't want to leave me for a second Even if I am infront of him and i have to do all the work in the dock. he is doing the same with his daddy coming at home and his Nani not infront of him. he don't want to leave alone for a second. he lives 11am to 6pm with his Nani (grandmother) where he is living with full of care. Is he feeling insecure? should I leave the job? I am not understanding his behaviour that is totally different before I joined office.
